Based in Melbourne, Australia, Ed has over 30 years' wide-ranging experience in corporate operations, marketing, project management, customer and dealer service, quality management, internal and external consulting, facilitating and training, across the Asia-Pacific region.
Since setting up ProFocus in 2002, with the mission of helping people and organisations to learn, improve and prosper, he has designed and delivered a broad range of training and quality programs, coaching and facilitation services to many clients, including those on the list above.
Ed is very focused on the importance of involving all key stakeholders in finding optimal solutions for training, quality and performance needs. He brings a mature, analytical and consultative approach to customer and employee satisfaction, training needs and project performance analysis, and to all aspects of training and facilitation. His wide experience gives Ed the ability to understand and add value in diverse organisational cultures.
