The Team Relationships workshop is very "hands-on" and interactive, using a range of profiling instruments, practical activities and interactive exercises. We draw heavily on the concerns, knowledge and experiences of the group. Participants discuss team relationships barriers and enablers in their workplace, and work together on individual and team relationships improvement opportunities.
